Read every contract like your reviewers do
Pull clauses, parties, dates, and key terms out of agreements into structured JSON, then run rule-based review for NDA gaps, compliance, and policy adherence. Built for legal and contract operations teams in India and worldwide.
Clauses and key fields, as structured JSON
Point Extract Basic or Extract Pro at an executed agreement and get back named fields with their values and locations, ready to index, search, or push into a contract register.
From a signed PDF to a clean record
A contract comes in as a scanned PDF or image. The API runs deskew, denoise, and orientation correction, reads the document, and returns each field with its value and a bounding box, so you can highlight the source clause on the page or route low-confidence items to a reviewer.
- Named fields keyed by type: parties, effective date, term, renewal, governing law, value, key dates.
- Bounding box coordinates for every extracted value, so the source clause is one click away.
- Multi-page agreements and annexures handled in a single request.
- Inputs: PDF, TIFF, JPG, PNG, and scanned images.
- Synchronous responses for small documents; asynchronous with a webhook callback for large batches.
When accuracy has to be auditable, use Extract Pro
Extract Basic returns named fields and bounding boxes at Rs 0.90 /page. For high-stakes or regulated agreements, Extract Pro adds per-field confidence scores, guardrails, and validation rules, with higher accuracy on complex documents, at Rs 1.40 /page. Compare Extract Pro.
Beyond extraction: does this contract comply?
Document Analysis encodes your review logic as explicit, inspectable rules and reports exactly which passed, which failed, and where the evidence sits in the document.
NDA gap analysis, compliance, and policy checks
Where Extract turns a contract into fields, Document Analysis answers the harder question your reviewers ask. We build a rule set against your own templates and clauses, then run every incoming agreement against it so each finding maps to a named rule and stays review-ready, not a black box.
- NDA gap analysis: compare an incoming NDA against your standard terms and surface missing clauses, non-standard language, and out-of-range terms.
- Contract compliance review: check executed contracts against required clauses and obligations, flagging deviations from your approved template.
- Policy adherence check: validate documents against internal policy, required disclosures, expiry dates, and approved formats.
- Each finding maps to an explicit rule, so the output is explainable and audit-ready.
The pieces of a legal document pipeline
Combine self-serve extraction and masking with a project-based review engagement.
Extract Basic
Pull parties, dates, and core terms from agreements into named JSON fields with bounding boxes, from Rs 0.90 /page.
Extract Basic →Document Analysis
Rule-based NDA gap analysis, contract compliance review, and policy adherence checks, configured and tested on your own documents.
Document Analysis →PII Masking
Redact names, addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, and signatures before sharing drafts externally, from Rs 0.25 /page, with the original layout preserved.
PII Masking →Review engagements are project-based
Extraction and masking are self-serve and pay-as-you-go. Rule-based contract review is delivered as an engagement.
Setup fee plus per-document or annual subscription
Document Analysis is not a self-serve endpoint. An engagement combines an initial setup fee, covering rule configuration and testing on your sample documents, with either per-document pricing or an annual subscription. The total depends on rule complexity, document volume, and integration scope. Typical engagements run Rs 2L to Rs 15L annual, and ongoing tuning is included. It starts with a conversation, so reach our team at contact sales or api@abscode.com.
Your documents stay yours
Across every API: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, and documents auto-purged after processing. We do not retain your documents and do not train models on your data. See security for the full posture.
